Listen to the podcast to hear Stacey and JSbu's impressions of Marilyn Monroe and The Joker:

Halloween is a celebration observed in many countries on the 31st of October. The holiday is known to be filled with lots of candy, scary events, and dressing up. From scary Dracula outfits to Cinderella and her prince, the options are endless.

Halloween is mostly celebrated in America, which is led by Hollywood's celebrities who often have elaborate and over-the-top parties - with serious attention paid to dressing up. Supermodel and 'America's Got Talent' judge, Heidi Klum, has often been called the 'Queen of Halloween' by celebrity pop culture. If there is ever someone who makes a real effort in dressing up for the holiday, it would definitely be her!

Heidi has already teased her over seven-million followers on Instagram as to what is to come for #HeidiHalloween2020, have a look below:

Stacey and JSbu will be at Gateway in Umhlanga on Friday for an outside broadcast, so they decided to celebrate Halloween with the rest of KZN a few days early. When it came to what the duo would come dressed up as, it was an easy choice for both.

For Stacey, she wanted to pay homage to a classic beauty, Miss Marilyn Monroe:

Marilyn Monroe was an American actress who became a major sex symbol, starring in a number of commercially-successful motion pictures during the 1950s. She was also known for her iconic looks and style.

Stacey's inspiration for what look to recreate was easy - the iconic film gown that Marilyn wore in the 1953 film, 'Gentlemen Prefer Blondes'. In the film, Marilyn wears a pink satin strapless gown with matching gloves and diamonds, of course!

The iconic look is a Halloween favourite. Just last year, Kylie Jenner almost broke the internet when she recreated the look:

JSbu decided to recreate one of his favourite villains, The Joker. One of JSbu's favourite films from last year was the American thriller that starred Joaquin Phoenix

Watch the trailer for the film below:

Make-up artist Charelle McCallister from Umhlanga, who specialises in make-up for events and weddings, had the best time working with Stacey and JSbu to develop their Halloween looks for the day.

Have a look below at the preparations:

Every detail mattered for Charelle, who was working off an inspiration board she had created for Stacey and JSbu:
