When your plate starts to get a bit too full, here are some things that can help...

It's the middle of the year already and this means it's time to reflect on how things have been going so far.
As a province, we have faced so much and this is only amplified on a personal level.

Luckily, we took to Facebook to ask our listeners to chime in with creative ways that help them cope during tough times.
Some of the responses have been as follows:
- "I go for long walks on the promenade or I stare at the ocean and listen to my favourite music and when I go, I make a conscious decision to clear my mind of anything that's going on and focus on the vastness of the ocean."
- " I love yoga. It is a way that I can centre myself and be in touch my physical being."
- "A nice cup of tea and a chat with friends is all I need to have a wholesome day."
- "Spending time with loved ones while we talk about the future helps me deal with the current uncertainty."
- "As cliché as it sounds, I like to simply stop and smell the roses. Nature is soothing and it helps me stay sane."
- "I watch funny videos on YouTube."
- "I go for a run and play my favourite hits."
