East Coasters enjoyed a fun-filled, energetic day of exercise with Stacey Norman.
The first Summer Body Bootcamp of 2024 kicked off with a bang! Lovers of all things fitness filled Chris Saunders Park on Saturday, 25 February, ready to get cracking on their health journey.
With Stacey Norman at the forefront and J Sbu at the DJ booth, it was truly a morning to remember.

The event sold out in record time, with fitness fanatics coming out to bask in the sun and train with the best of the best.

We had everything from Zumba to Yoga with an amazing group of instructors.
With dance breaks and giveaways between instructors, the fun didn't stop! ECR listeners took home a goody bag and some memorable prizes.
