Federer won 20 Grand Slam titles during his career, surpassed by only Novak Djokovic (21) and Rafael Nadal (22) - his two greatest rivals over the years.
His last Grand Slam triumph came at the 2018 Australian Open, where he beat Marin Cilic in the final. In total, Federer won six Australian Opens, one French Open, eight Wimbledons, and five US Opens.
The legend of the game also has an Olympic gold medal to his name, after winning the Doubles title alongside Stan Wawrinka at the 2008 Beijing Olympics. He also claimed silver in the Singles tournament at the 2012 London Olympics.
Over the course of his career, Federer won 103 Singles titles, second to only Jimmy Connors with 109 titles in the Open Era.
