The talk show host made her positive results public about an hour ago on social media.

Taking to social media, DeGeneres shared the following post on her talk show 'The Ellen Show's' Twitter account: 

Following the announcement, a spokesperson for the production company that runs the 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show' shared that the show would be going on a production break such until a time as it is safe to do so. 

The year 2020 has not been a good year for Ellen, her reputation has come under fire this year.

DeGeneres had gone from a daytime queen with the mantra "be kind" to a problematic employer, particularly on social media. 

Some of her employees and others accused the talk show host of fostering a toxic work environment, one that included allegations of sexual misconduct, racism, and a "culture of fear."

After facing extreme social media pressure to address the allegations levelled against her, the comedian, actress and talk show host did so, stating the following:
