This Durban monster mamba was stuck in a tree then rescued

There are some rescues that simply cannot slither out of our head...

Durban is famous for bizarre snake catches and this is the most memorable of the year... so far.
We were shocked when we we came across the great snake whisperer, Nick Evans, who had a bizarre mamba catch.

This was a battle and a rescue we weren't ready for.
In the depths of Reservoir Hills there was an unbelievable rescue of a mamba stuck in a tree.
“Every now and then I am treated to a call for an enormous black mamba. The average length is 2.2m-2.5m, and some of those 2.5m ones are chunky. A 2.7m-2.8m (mamba) is special. I’ve only seen two or three bigger than that, my biggest being 3.05m,”- Nick Evans
On Tuesday morning, Nick Evans received a call from Reservoir Hills about a large black mamba stuck in a tree.
Stacey Norman says: "How do you lure a snake out a tree? You can't just beckon a snake. That's some next level stuff..."

Undoubtedly there were some interesting and drastic measures that were taken to ensure this animal was safe.
