Darren Maule was the second East Coast Radio presenter to take on a KZN listener in East Coast Urban's new musical game, Lyrical PHD.
Bongani from East Coast Drive was the first presenter to take on a listener in Lyrical PHD, which aims to test the music knowledge of contestants.

Thandolwethu asks questions that are related to the lyrics of a song from a particular artist or band. The person who shouts out their name first will get an opportunity to answer the question. If they answer the question incorrectly, the second contestant gets an opportunity to try their luck.
