Woman’s funeral selfie causes outrage

Did this woman go too far with her funeral
selfie?
It seems a selfie-obsessed woman from Mexico could not resist taking an eyebrow-raising image at a funeral.
Francesca Fierros Palomino has been slammed for taking an “inappropriate” selfie at her grandfather’s funeral.
She took a picture of herself in a church that showed her grandfather’s casket in the background.
She even added an emoji of an old man and a coffin to the selfie’s caption, which was posted on Snapchat.
Francesca looked sombre in the shocking image.
Instead of sympathy, she received major backlash for posting the inappropriate selfie.
Some of the harsh comments she received included: "better to be dead than watching the stupidity of his granddaughter” and “what a lack of respect”.
But it seems she was unfazed by her followers’ comments, and according to The Mirror posted another selfie of herself posing in front of a mirror, with the caption: “Coming back from the funeral, Rest in Peace granddad".
Local media reported that Francesca is known for loving selfies, but it seems she may have gone too far with her latest picture.
We doubt she is bothered and is likely taking another selfie as you read this.
