One worker at a recycling plant in Canada was greeted with a big surprise when he discovered a box of treasure inside an old TV set.
The box had more than $100 000 worth of cash inside it, hidden in the console of the TV. According to reports by CNN, the honest employee handed over the box to the relevant authorities. We wonder if he got a reward for being a good Samaritan?
Upon investigations, authorities discovered the treasure belonged to a 68-year-old who hid the box in the TV more than 30 years ago with an idea to give the savings to his family as an inheritance, but completely forgot about it and gave the TV to his friend. Lucky friend!
