When business conversations take a personal turn

Is it okay to flirt when you want something? Bongani shared with KZN on Monday a professional conversation that got a bit personal when it went from email to WhatsApp conversations.

Bongani has decided to open up about his dealings with a potential female client who wanted to hire him for a private gig.

However, as their conversation progressed, for some reason, the woman shifted from email to WhatsApp.

"That’s when I felt it went from a professional conversation to something a little more, and to be honest, I actually enjoyed it," says Bongani.

Then came the emojis, hearts, and kisses. 

That's when reality kicked in for Bongani. He realised that it was wrong the day he forgot his phone at home and raced back to get it before his wife saw any of the messages.
