According to the Daily Mail, an unidentified man was caught on security cameras fainting and falling face first into the train tracks, before onlookers jumped onto the live railway to rescue him. This incident took place in Sydney at a train station in Wynard.

These onlookers have to be the best humans on earth, because they didn't even think twice before jumping onto the train track as a train approached. Jumping onto a live railway is extremely dangerous, but clearly helping a stranger was more important.
