Taxi driver finds himself interviewed on BBC
Updated | By East Coast Drive
This week marks the 10th anniversary of one of the most epic and memorable TV bloopers of all time.
In May 2006, a Congolese taxi driver, Guy Goma arrived at the BBC for a job interview.
Following a comedy of errors, which must have been reminiscent of an episode of Fawlty Towers, the taxi driver was mistaken for tech expert, Guy Kewney.
Next thing he knew, Goma was thrust into the glare of studio lights and asked to give his expert opinion on something he probably knew next to nothing about.
Two things: Firstly, his face when he is introduced by the presenter is nothing short of priceless.
Secondly, the fact that he just spoke anyway is absolutely hilarious.
The more we watch this the funnier it gets.
