Store managers have the tough job of having to put up with very difficult customers. However, this store manager was tired of it all and was having none of it.

CCTV footage has been doing the rounds showing an irate customer entering a store in Salt Lake City, USA and causing unnecessary problems. When the store manager said that she wouldn't authorise her card, the customer lost it and did the unthinkable - she slapped the manager.

The manager took swift action and took the customer down - literally. Grabbing her by the neck and putting her in a chokehold, she pulled the customer to the ground and waited until the authorities arrived to detain the customer.
