Snip snip: Bongani believes boys should have their tubes tied!
Bongani shares his thoughts that when boys reach puberty, the government should tie their tubes, a vasectomy, until they can prove to be suitable enough to bring a life into this world.

Bongani feels this would be a great way to curb a lot of issues we experience in our lifetime such as unwanted pregnancies, abortion, homelessness, poverty, and crime.

Bongani thinks perhaps there should be a test in place just as when we apply for a licence to drive a car, or own a gun, or even have a TV. There should honestly be a licence or procedure put in place in order to have children and reproduce.
