Watch a 105-year-old man break a sprint record.
A 105-year-old Japanese man has become the oldest ever competitive sprinter.
Hidekichi Miyazaki finished a 100-metre sprint in 42.22 seconds at the Kyoto Masters Athletics Autumn Competition.
Born on 22 September 1910, Hidekichi recently celebrated his 105th birthday, but has no plans to give up running.
After the race, Hidekichi said, "Today my target was 35 seconds. I shed tears of disappointment because I was not in good
condition. I am not satisfied with today's time. But I am satisfied that I could cross the finish line."
Hidekichi is nicknamed the "Golden Bolt" after Usain Bolt.
East Coast Drive salutes you, Hidekichi! Good job! Keep running!
