Mum loses weight using two simple tricks

A mother from Melbourne shares how she lost an amazing amount weight.

One of my biggest challenges after giving birth to Reign was losing my baby weight. I eventually got to a stage where I gave up on losing weight and concentrated on being the best mommy ever and it worked!


A mom from Melbourne has lost 57kgs after giving up soft drinks and going out for walks.


Her name is Natalie Burtina and the 23 year old mom has said that she struggled with her weight in her teens and then gained some more after giving birth to her son in 2013.


"I found being overweight and having an energetic son was difficult - I couldn't keep up with him," she told the UK’s Mirror.


She cut out all sugar, junk and processed foods and now only drinks water.


There is hope for us ladies, healthy diet and exercise is the way to go!
