The 91st Academy Awards gala was held on Sunday and was full of moving speeches, and hilarious jokes. South African radio presenter and talk show host, Anele Mdoda was there to experience it all.
The Oscars are the biggest award ceremony of the year where all the who's who of Hollywood parade themselves are on the red carpet.
Lady Gaga is a Grammy winner many times over. On Sunday, she then also became an Oscar winner, taking the trophy for best original song for her power ballad "Shallow" from the movie, 'A Star Is Born'.
Fortunately for East Coast Drive listeners, Anele came through with all the 'juice' on the evening.
