Meet Fezile Mkhize - The Sexiest Man of 2019, according to Cosmopolitan.
He was born on the KZN South Coast, he's a Top Billing presenter and also a doctor.
Following his win, he shared an image of him wearing a very skimpy speedo holding an ice cream on his Instagram.
