According to Mashable, Andrew Cooney, who is a car insurance salesman from Rochester USA, decided that he would pay a parking meter for an individual and leave a simple, yet powerful note attached with his business card.
The note was definitely a slick move to get attention. You will agree that he may have got a good few calls after the note was shared on social media.
