GoPro gets up close and personal with pit of rattlesnakes

If you have a fear of snakes, you may want to look the other way now. Terrifying!
We are currently experiencing the real heat of summer and there's a chance you will come across slithery creatures in and around the East Coast - they love this time of year.

Seeing a snake is enough to send most of us into panic mode, but imagine coming across a pit of rattlesnakes? Eek! Rattlesnakes are extremely dangerous and one bite can result in death.
That fact didn't seem to deter Michael Delaney, though. He 'enjoyed' a close encounter with a pit of rattlesnakes while using his GoPro camera. As he approached them, they attacked the camera (not his hand thankfully), causing it to fall into the pit.

Thankfully, he did manage to retrieve the camera and it made for some spectacular footage. Snake lovers, rejoice!
