Durban is set to dazzle by hosting the prestigious Mrs. Universe 2017 pageant this September.
This pageant will be held on African soil for the very first time and is set to take place at People’s Park, Moses Mabhida Stadium. This event will be attracting contestants from 84 countries.

Gerald Wells, a hairdresser, businessman and now also a Judge in the 2017 Mrs. Universe pageant joined Carol and Ricky in studio to chat about the beauty of his business and how he enjoys making people look good.

He also shared his secrets on how he became a successful hair dresser who now owns series of chain stores.

There are five international and four local judges in the pageant. He also confirmed that Gerald Wells Hair Professionals are the official hair sponsors for the event.
