Eating ice cream for breakfast could make you smarter

A Japanese scientist states that eating ice cream for breakfast isn't such a bad thing after all.
Ever wished you could ditch the boxed cereals, bacon and eggs, or fruit and eat dessert for breakfast? Well now you can do so without having to feel guilty about it.
A study conducted by Professor Yoshihiko Koga from Tokyo Kyorin University suggests that eating your dessert, specifically ice cream, for breakfast isn't such a bad thing – actually it could be good for you. Professor Koga’s study proved that eating the delicious, icy treat could help improve your alertness and mental performance.

His research included clinical trials on patients who had to eat ice cream as soon as they woke up, and then had to conduct work on a computer. These patients showed better reaction and processing time as opposed to those who did not eat the icy treat.
