Donald Trump protester sets himself alight

How far would you go for something that you truly believe in or stand for?

A 45-year-old protester from California recently set himself alight using a lighter and accelerant in protest of Donald Trump’s inauguration happening on Friday. The fire took place outside Trump International Hotel in Washington, DC.

His reason for setting himself alight was that he felt the nation made the wrong decision in electing Donald Trump to be the new president.

In addition to setting himself alight while yelling ’Trump', he also set a bunch of clothes alight outside the hotel.

What’s strange is that after setting himself alight, the man doused the flames and handed himself over to authorities.

One can only begin to imagine how far he was actually willing to go to make his voice heard?
