Your boss is usually someone who you look up to and admire, but you may often find it difficult to draw a necessary line between friend, boss, and working hours - especially when you're eager to climb the corporate ladder.
Socialising outside of work, sharing long periods of time together at work, and divulging intimate details of your life put both the boss and the employee in murky waters.

This is actually a question that's been on Bongani's mind for a while. Earlier this month, G-dog asked KZN if they have their bosses on social media.
So, is it alright for your employer to contact you about work issues after hours or on weekends?
