That traumatic experience left Bongani feeling the world had neglected the fact that perhaps dogs shouldn't be allowed in public spaces, especially without leashes.
Bongani's unpopular reasoning is that dogs potentially put many lives in danger, as you don't know what disease the dog carries, or what will happen to you if it bites or licks you. Those hospital fees and inconveniences are completely unnecessary.
