Do you believe in second chances or do you believe a leopard never
changes its spots?
Bongani's cousin is a qualified Fitter and Turner, he was in prison for eight years and has been out for three years.
He is struggling to get back onto his feet because of his criminal record.

Once potential employer's see his criminal record, they don't even grant him an interview.
This begs the question: Should he not be given a second chance to be reintegrated back into society?
He's changed and is trying to do better, but it seems he's still paying the price for that one sin.
