Bongani: Academic honours and colours at school are outdated

Take a listen to why Bongani thinks that schools need to stop giving out 'fancy blazers' to students.
On Wednesday, Bongani ruffled a few feathers by asking a question to students who had academic honours, colours and to those who were prefects in school. Bongani wanted to know how far did these students actually get in life.
'These overachievers were given privileges which made them think that they are superior to others' said Bongani who obviously felt very strongly about the matter.

Also, Bongani said that these 'fancy blazers' mean nothing in the real world once these students are out of school and are looking for jobs.
