As dramatic as some break-ups are, we still all get a sense of relief seeing an ex not doing so well in life after your relationship.
Admit it, there's definitely a small piece of you that jumps for joy. Your ex might not be flourishing financially or it could even be seeing them with an ugly new partner that makes you smirk.
