Zoolander 2 trailer offensive?

The upcoming
Zoolander sequel has come under fire as people claim it's a "transphobic joke".
The character has been called by some "the new blackface". In the trailer, Ben Stiller and Owen Wilson are introduced to 'All', who has been dubbed the "biggest supermodel in the world".
We want your opinion - Is that clip trans-phobic?
Bare in mind, the a petition to boycott the film has almost 8,000 signatures.

Sarah Rose, the creator of the petition said that Cumberbatch’s character is clearly portrayed as an over-the-top, 'cartoonish' mockery of androgyny/trans/non-binary individuals and they should have approached transgender model Andreja Pejic to be in the film if they wanted to use such a model.
She said the film endorses harmful and dangerous perceptions of the queer community at large.
There has been quite a lot of feedback on social media about it - with many agreeing that the trailer - and therefore the movie is trans-phobic.
