Keri Miller shared an interesting story of how she hurt her back whilst fetching a mug. She realised then that her age could be catching up with her.

Keri Miller explained she was fine up until she reached for the mug. She went to yoga and didn't experience any pain. When she sat down with a friend - in pain, she said "You know you're turning 40 when...".
