This melon and mascarpone Kit Kat will let you eat cheese and chocolate at the same time. But will the combination work?
Kit Kat has launched a new variety of the classic bar that might just be its strangest yet and we have mixed emotions.
The Hokkaido melon with mascarpone cheese bar is being sold at airports at Japan, alongside two other flavours currently being tested, including Japanese strawberry, and uji matcha (green tea).
According to Nestle Japan's website, the new variety sandwiches the "powder of Hokkaido melon and mascarpone cheese between sweet wafers," and is topped off with white chocolate.
"It features a mild sweetness of Hokkaido melon and a fresh taste of mascarpone cheese," reads the product description.
While some are eager to get their hands on a melon and mascarpone bar, others are less than impressed by the new product.
