An unsettling video emerged on Instagram showing a woman with her head trapped between the doors of a New York subway car, while her bag hangs outside the doors.

Now, you'd expect to find her flocked by people trying to help her, but instead, New Yorkers went about their business paying no attention to the woman in serious trouble.
Even a woman wearing the uniform of a Metropolitan Transportation Authority official walks past without batting an eyelid.
This is absolutely unacceptable!
