This man goes down in our book of "greatest boss in the world". Here's why:
After hearing that his landscape man, Keith Ellick, is suffering from terminal cancer, Addam Smith decided to renovate his employee's home, as he had been given a short time to live.
The company director assembled a team of 50 dedicated volunteers to work on the renovations. This team consisted of men of different professions, including gardeners, builders, and plumbers.
The intense, week-long renovation resulted in a magnificent home, styled and fitted with lovely furniture and appliances.
"The house looked like a show home inside. I can’t thank Addam and everybody else enough. We are truly humbled by what they have done for us," 41-year-old Mr Ellick, who got a new bathroom, kitchen, and garden, said.
