What is wrong with this hospital meal?

We are not sure whether this hospital ran out of plates or trying a time saving measure.

But whatever the reason, someone decided to serve a patient food and pudding at the same time. 

On the same plate. 

As one Meal!

This unlucky patient said that she was very hungry but just couldn’t eat the meal. 

Nurses at the hospital apologised for the mistake but were unable to give her anything else to eat. 

A friend of the patient said: ‘I couldn’t believe it when I saw it. She tried to eat a little bit but she couldn’t manage it.

‘It is hospital food but it certainly didn’t make her feel any better.’
