WATCH: Bus on N3 causes chaos with reckless passengers
Forget a party bus... this is a party on top of a bus!
A video that went viral this past weekend saw a group of guys on top of a moving bus having fun.
A black car is seen in the video driving next to the bus with people cheering those on top of the bus.

While it caused a lot of traffic, many motorists were very upset at the danger it created.
