Updated | By East Coast RadioM
It's time to learn some brand spanking new isiZulu sentences and your favorite teacher even threw in a little something special this week.
You don't need us to tell you that it was a very stressful and special week for the matric class of 2020!
And you probably know exactly why.
By now, students across the nation have received their results and, as always, the day was filled with much joy and some very impressive stats.
That's why in this week's Khuluma Nathi class, Sky decided to teach Darren, Keri, and anyone else out there who is excited to learn, how to congratulate the matrics in isiZulu:
The second class of the week has been a long time coming.
It seems like Darren and Keri have been begging Sky to teach them a Zulu proverb for EVER.
For some reason, it has taken a lot of convincing to get him to do it, but we've finally made it!
The proverb Sky decided to use is: "The nice fig is often full of worms".
Take a listen to not only find out what this proverb means and how to say it in isiZulu, but you can also hear Darren and Sky butcher a few other languages and their proverbs:
