Magazine publishes pics of Prince's final moments

Does the press have the right to mock someone's death?

A magazine in the states -National Enquirer, is under fire for publishing pictures of Prince's final moments in an elevator.
The grainy pictures show what looks like the 'Purple Rain' star slumped in the lift, lying lifeless.
However, the pictures are not directly what they seem.
The magazine staged Prince's final moments with a look-alike, and had a very controversial tagline that says : "AIDS nightmare drove him to suicide."

The British edition of the magazine recreated the singer's death at his home in Minnesota, as well as alleging that his passing was a result of suicide.
Unlike the U.S edition of the magazine which has several pictures on the cover, this U.K edition shows only one picture with the tagline: "World exclusive photos: Prince's fatal overdose caught on video."
The only mention of the recreation is on the spine of the magazine in small print.

Is it right for National Enquirer to mock up Prince's death?
