South African blows UK X-Factor judges away

It’s like one big X-Factor reunion!

Nine years after her first audition, Anelisa Lamola is back, and facing the original X-Factor judges - with the addition of Nicole Scherzinger - and is determined to show the judges how far she has come.

The singer made it to the Top 12 girls round back in 2007 but fell out of the competition after realising she wasn’t really ready and didn’t have enough experience to go all the way.

Simon even thinks she’s got the perfect popstar name and we couldn’t agree with him more!
