She had a ring made from her husband's remains
Updated | By East Coast Breakfast
After the loss of her husband, she wanted a way to keep his memory around forever.

Gina Shergold lost her husband Steve to bowel cancer last November after just 2-years of marriage leaving behind his family and daughter Esmée .
Unsure about what to do with Steve’s ashes after Steve passed away Gina said she woke up one day with the realisation that she at least needed to collect them from the crematorium.
She then decided to get a ring made out of the ashes so that she could carry Steve with her everyday and then pass the precious piece of jewellery on to their daughter on her wedding day.
The footage of the moment Gina sees the ring for the first time will give you goosebumps.
It's a beautiful way to keep someone's memory forever.
