Real-life Rapunzel! Teen makes into Guinness World Record for her long hair

The next time you have a bad hair cut, think about growing it out because it just might land you a Guinness World Record.

For 16-year-old Nilanshi Patel, it worked out in her favour. She had a bad haircut when she was six-years-old and vowed never to cut again. Fast forward 10-years-later, she broke the 2020 Guinness World Record with her super-long hair.

According to MSN Lifestyle, her hair is now 5 feet 7 inches, and is currently the longest hair on a teen in the world. Hair like hers needs extra care and attention. It takes her 30 minutes to dry and an hour to brush every day.
She calls it her 'lucky charm' and doesn't plan to have a pair of scissors on her hair.
