We all know what Santa Claus gets up to when gearing up for Christmas - it is a tough job, and on the eve of Christmas, he and his reindeer fly off to every child's home, sliding down chimneys and spreading joy all around.

British retailer Marks & Spencer released a very touching Christmas ad. Mrs Claus receives a letter from seven-year-old Jake after Santa takes off for the evening to deliver packages across the world.
