When you go to the beach or visiting a friend at home, you would never think that there would be dangers that would occur on the way. 

How the weather can play a pivotal role in you becoming a risk of not being able to have your human body function.

Once again, Darren Maule decided to help many KZN residents and citizens to try and find out what are some of the ways to which one can protect themselves during the festive period. 

He got a hold of Dr. Kian Barrett who is a GP practice at the Sharks Medical Centre and assists much loved Durban GP Dr. Rafiek Rodriques.

Dr. Kian is also the Director at an EWA (executive wellness assessments) company called LegacyMed and is The Sharks Jr Doctor.

So Darren asked the good Doc all about 9 and 1/2 ways to keep yourself safe during this period and the doctor together with Dr. Bhavna Singh in the room were able to answer.

Even though there are many places in South Africa that has relaxed on their COVID-19 restrictions, we should still be on the safe side as the virus is not fully gone. 

According to Discovery, exhausted people all over SA are looking forward to well-earned time out however, what does it mean to holiday and travel safely in the time of a global pandemic still?

Even though this year during the festive season period, a lot of people will tend to be reckless on the roads or in public settings.
