Lip Sync Battle Africa : The Ex's
Lip Sync Battle SA started off with a rather controversial kick.
Lip Sync Battle SA finally kicked off yesterday with hosts D'banj - Nigerian superstar and our very own local star Pearl Thusi.
It seemed though it was a battle of the ex's when The Golden Boy, Cassper Nyovest battled against former girlfriend, Boity.
While he says he has no idea why broadcaster MTV Base chose him for the first episode, he’s happy about it.
“I’m glad because then I don’t have the pressure to follow on someone else’s performance, I get to set the bar which is cool.”

Boity, on the other hand, is super confident. “I dont even gotta say much,” the local beauty said on an Instagram clip to promote the show. “All you gotta know is – I’m winning this! Boom.”
Clearly this episode was shot before th couple broke up because it was nothing but laughter and dancing from the pair and not much lip syncing.
