Keri's Wellness Wednesday: 'Lazy Susan' your fridge

More often that I would like, stuff goes off and needs to be tossed out, or I just can never get to it and land up having to do an entire fridge 'repack' just to make a sandwich.

But then, I saw THIS... and my life has been forever changed.

The Lazy Susan in the Fridge trick.

What you will need:
- 1 x fridges with shelves
- 1 (or more) x lazy susan

For those of you who don't know 'her', please meet... Lazy Susan
noun : a revolving stand or tray on a table used especially for holding condiments.

Place the lazy susan on the shelf of your choice and, well, that's pretty much it. Pack your fridge as normal placing your groceries etc on the lazy susan.

I cannot believe what a 'no brainer' this is. Really happy I stumbled upon this gem. I would definitely suggest a lighter material Lazy Susan, like plastic. It is so easy to reach everything on that shelf. What a pleasure.

Also, lazy Susan's are great for a game of scrabble. Makes moving the board around when it is your turn so easy, and for your kitchen spices in your pantry.

Be still my heart! A few of my cabinets are sort of deep, and the space in the very back becomes no man's land. While we are in the kitchen, here is a quick tip: next time you put a new bin bag into the rubbish bin, place a few sheets of old newspaper at the bottom of the bin to absorb any liquids in your bin and stop that gross leak.
