It’s almost time to vote for a new political party to lead our nation. In a shocking turn of events our former President, Jacob Zuma, had revealed who he will be voting for in the 2024 elections.

Jacob Zuma has always been a loyal member, leader and supporter of the ANC however this voting season he will be backing the newly formed Umkhonto WeSizwe political party.

According to EWN, Zuma made the announcement while addressing the media in Orlando East, Soweto, on Saturday afternoon.

It is shared that Zuma will remain a member of the African National Congress (ANC) despite voting for a new party.

The new political party is named uMkhonto we Sizwe (MK). This means “spear of the nation”, which is the same name as the former armed wing of the ANC. The wing was formed by President Nelson Mandela in 1961.

This name has been quite the controversy in South Africa.
