InstaSnap - Did Instagram steal Snapchat's idea?
Updated | By East Coast Breakfast
Well, looks like Instagram has a feature very very similar to Snap chat and people are not happy.
Could this be a case of Deja Vu?
So Instagram has introduced a very unoriginal concept of InstaStories, where you can upload images and video which will not show on your timeline, but to a select few of your choice and guess what else? The Instastory post is set to disappear after 24 hours.
Now, why does this "new idea" sound very similar to Snap Chat's entire existence?
The photo app owned by Facebook has upset a lot of its users for 'stealing' Snap chat's concept.
The new feature gives you the option to add doodles, text, and emoji. You can also keep tabs on who is watching. Just like Snapchat.
We sense a war coming.
