Hundreds of cars pay for each other's meals at a drive-thru

There's no denying that 2020 has been the hardest year of this century, therefore every random act of kindness needs to be documented and shared.

The store manager of a franchise in Minnesota, America, called Dairy Queen was in awe when over 900 cars paid for each other's meals at their drive-thru.

Tina Jensen says that a man came to their window and asked if he could pay for his meal and for the car behind him. She says when she told the next driver that his meal was already paid for, he asked to pay for the car behind him, and before they knew it, a chain was created.

According to Jensen, the act of "paying it forward" is not new at their store but it usually lasts for 15 or 20 cars and fizzles out. However, this time, it lasted for approximately two and a half days because when the chain closed for the night on the first day, one car left $10 (R150) to start the chain on Friday morning and again on Saturday morning - over 900 cars showing some humanity.

Each day the store provided updates on Facebook, thanking every participant.
