"Danè van Niekerk the Proteas women's captain has taken the Hotseat and I must say she is very courageous" - Sky Tshabalala
We all know that the #HotSeat can be a blessing or a curse, but Danè van Niekerk was ready for the challenge!
The Proteas are currently at the ICC Women's World Cup and are looking good with wins over Pakistan and the West Indies.

Danè took 4 for 0 which has never been done by male or female in world limited overs cricket.
She has recently started her role as Proteas captain succeeding Mignon du Preez.
