Our beloved traffic guy, Johann Von Bargen served East Coast Radio selflessly for 33 years. He sadly passed away on Tuesday, and we've decided that we need to pay tribute to this legend.
On Wednesday, tragic news surfaced that JVB, our 'Traffic Guy' passed away from a battle with cancer.

On Friday, 7th June we're appealing to all residents of KZN to help pay a fitting tribute to this legend. We’ll be asking you to toot your hooters in traffic for 1 minute at 7:00am just after Newswatch wherever you are in KZN in traffic - provided you’re at a standstill.We’d like everyone to get involved. Tell all your friends and family, and make sure to send your videos to us on social media, using the hashtag #JVBTribute.
