Firefighters in Dubai tackle blaze using jets packs
Updated | By East Coast Breakfast
Watching firefighters using jet packs is awkwardly satisfying - and very cool!
What's cooler than a firefighter on the job?
Well, according to Dubai's firefighters, the addition of a jet pack makes their jobs even cooler!
The technology will allow them to fight fires on boats and buildings close to the shore, which means they won't have to struggle through traffic to help people in desperate need.
The Dubai Civil Defence released this video of a firefighter rising above a bridge, using water pressure from the attached jetpack to help keep him in an upright position.
While we know that their jobs are extremely dangerous and important, we can't help but think it must also be fun to be floating in the air with all that hydro-power!
